Product Owner

We're seeking a Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in Product Management, strong decision-making skills, and a proven track record of leading Agile teams. The role involves defining product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

Requirements

• Define Vision and Product Roadmap with input from Product Manager, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Teams
• Breaking down and expanding Product Vision into Epics, Features and User Stories with Definition of Done
• Prioritizing Epics, Features and User Stories aligned with Business Goals and their Business Impact
• Work with Customer Success, Marketing and Sales teams to provide support to existing customers and as well as new prospects by prioritizing defects or new features
• Work with Engineering Team to estimate Story Points or LOE using any other method
• Employ methods to keep track of progress and bring visibility to team's progress
• Organize Show n Tell, Perform Reviews and User Acceptance Testing of the Features developed by Engineering Team
• Write articles about new Features or improvements made in the product for both Business as well as Technical Audience
• Demonstrate and Evangelize new Product Features/Enhancements to other teams such as Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
• Lead team of Product Analysts by setting Standards, Processes and Procedures to do their job
• Hire and mentor Product Analysts
• Contribute and Lead various SCRUM ceremonies like SCRUM Planning, Daily SCRUM, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
• Follow, Implement and Promote Agile Release Train methodology
