Vidmob is the creative data company, seeking a Sr Manager, Growth Marketing to lead the demand engine and build a scalable demand gen and ABM function from the ground up.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong track record in demand generation for enterprise SaaS
- 3+ years of management experience with a proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing marketing teams
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue in a sales-led, enterprise GTM motion with experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Hands-on experience building ICP frameworks, ABM strategies, and RevOps fundamentals
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience managing marketing budgets, optimizing spend, and reporting on performance metrics tied to pipeline and revenue
- Fluency in modern marketing and RevOps tools such as Claude Code and/or Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
- Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technology with a desire to build new GTM muscles alongside a product that's innovative and still evolving
