Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing will lead the Marketing team, developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with VieMed's business growth objectives. The role involves building and leading a data-driven marketing organization, establishing clear KPIs and measurement tools, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure successful communication of VieMed's value to referral partners.

Requirements

• Related degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, preferably within healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing marketing teams and strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience building ROI-driven marketing programs that support sales growth.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, clinical outcomes, and value-based care.
• Proven ability to translate complex healthcare data into compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
