Design Manager, Contractor Network

Viget is seeking a Design Manager to ensure design quality and consistency, support contractors' success, and support sourcing and evaluation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital product design, experience mentoring or coaching designers, and a pragmatic approach to communication.

• Participate in onboarding new contract designers
• Review design work and provide feedback
• Act as a thought partner to Client Strategy
• Collaborate with Client Strategy and Business Development
• Navigate the realities of a distributed role

Benefits

• Annual base salary: $105,000–$135,000
