Job Description
Regional Director role at ViiV Healthcare to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the public health mission, with a focus on strategy, performance, team development, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bac +4/5 in Sciences or Commerce
- Good command of English (oral and written)
- Proven experience in team management
- Strong client service sense and excellent relational skills
- Team spirit and ability to work in a transversal/matrix organization
- Planning, organization, and anticipation skills
- Proposal force and mastery of computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Significant experience in medical visits
- Good understanding of the urban/hospital environment and patient care pathways
