As the Finance Manager Sweden, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with local legislation. The position is based in Halmstad and is responsible for managing financial operations, conducting financial analysis, and providing guidance to the MD and management team on business decisions.
Requirements
- Solid skills in finance and business controlling, with a strong leadership profile and a minimum of 3 years of experience at a managerial level.
- BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MSc degree or equivalent is considered a strong benefit.
- Advanced system skills, including practical experience with ERP systems and modern BI/reporting tools.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Background in the manufacturing or production industry is a strong advantage.
