Job Description
Internship Accounts Receivable position at Viking office solutions in the Netherlands, supporting customer communication, resolving payment inquiries, and collaborating with internal departments.
Requirements
- Manage outbound customer calls
- Provide customers with timely and reliable solutions
- Learn to work with professional finance and ERP systems
- Support daily Credit & Collections activities
- Collaborate with Customer Service teams to resolve customer disputes
- Work closely with the Cash Application team to help identify and allocate unmatched payments
