The Sr Manager Webshop Experience, Optimization & CRO will lead the CRO team in delivering extensive AB testing, analytics, and insights for Viking’s webshop business, ensuring exceptional customer journeys and user experience.
Requirements
- Define and own the strategy for all disciplines (user research, user experience, web analytics and optimisation) within the CRO team.
- Define the toolkit and standards for all disciplines within the team, including those used for A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalisation, UX design/storybook, customer journey insights, web analytics, and more.
- Lead a team responsible for supporting and ensuring the successful delivery of all CRO activities, across a range of domains and expertise within your function.
