Job Description
Villa Nautica seeks a F&B Server to provide exceptional service to guests, build lasting relationships, and create a refined ambiance. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of fine dining experience, strong communication skills, and a warm, approachable demeanor.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of fine dining service experience in premium restaurants and/or luxury hotels
- Strong understanding of fine dining operations and luxury service etiquette
- Ability to explain food, wine, and cocktail menus confidently and clearly
- Exceptional guest service skills, professional presentation, and strong communication abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written (additional languages a plus)
- Warm, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and service excellence
- Strong team player with a passion for hospitality
