Join Royal Island Resort & Spa as a Sous Chef and lead a team of culinary experts to create exceptional dining experiences for guests. Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and develop innovative menus that showcase local and international cuisines.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional culinary experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role as Sous Chef / CDP
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Passion for culinary innovation and commitment to delivering excellence
