Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and service-oriented Arabic-speaking island host to join our guest service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless, memorable, and personalized experience throughout their stay.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with guests
- Capable of resolving guest issues with efficiency and professionalism
