The Game Assembler builds games by adding raw materials and sub-assemblies as products move along the production line. This role requires learning multiple operational processes, using various hand and power tools, and meeting safety, quality, and production goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–3 months related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes in production needs
- Basic carpentry/woodworking skills and familiarity with small power tools
- Basic computer knowledge
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift regularly
- Lift/move: up to 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to distinguish colors
