Industrial Engineer & Facilities Manager

The Village Companies is a family-owned organization seeking an Industrial Engineer & Facilities Manager to improve operational efficiency, optimize processes, and oversee maintenance and facility operations across the organization. This role combines industrial engineering expertise with leadership of the maintenance and facilities team to ensure equipment reliability, safe operations, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or operational improvement.
• Experience managing maintenance or facilities teams preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-department or shared services environments is highly desirable.
