Welder-2nd Shift

The Village Companies is a family-owned organization that combines creativity, craftsmanship, and Midwest work ethic to create innovative products and experiences. As a Welder, you'll be hands-on in producing high-quality metal components and work in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Technical degree preferred with 3+ years of welding experience
• Moderate to advanced welding skills
• Ability to weld in flat and vertical positions
• Strong understanding of welding procedures and specifications
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficient with measuring devices and welding equipment adjustments
• Basic computer skills
• Solid understanding of manufacturing fundamentals
• Ability to follow direction, adapt quickly, and stay flexible in a changing environment
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs for short periods
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
