Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively and perform basic arithmetic
- High School graduate with advanced trade school and continuing education background needed
- High level of customer service orientation

- Ability to multitask several excel spreadsheets simultaneously
- Sufficient computer literacy to be able to learn new software programs rapidly
