Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN

The Marshes of Skidaway Island is recruiting for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join their team. The ADON will assist the DON with supervising nursing care, maintaining care plans, and evaluating staff.

Requirements

• RN currently licensed by State of Georgia is required.
• Infection Prevention certification preferred or willingness to become certified upon hire.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• MDS experience
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Long term care/memory care experience preferred.
• Ability to take call and work some nights /weekends, and holidays.
