Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2-4 years of related experience required OR Law degree and 0-2 years of related experience required OR relevant experience may be substituted for education
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work cooperatively and to establish and maintain good working relationships with Clients, regulatory agency personnel, banking institutions, and legal counsel
• Ability to find, understand, interpret and apply Federal, State, and local laws and regulations
