Human Resources Director

As the Human Resources Director, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering the personnel activities for the community, including screening, interviewing, and training all exempt and non-exempt employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (preferred)
• A minimum of three to five years' experience in a human resource department
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software effectively and experience utilizing an applicant tracking system
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
