Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate and efficient maintenance. They will perform routine and emergency repairs, assist with HVAC maintenance, and maintain proper levels of materials and supplies.

Requirements

• High School or GED
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building construction or maintenance
• Working knowledge of residential building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances
• Knowledge of HVAC
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff
• Flexibility and integrity
