Requirements
- Maintain a high level of customer service for residents and their guests
- Have knowledge of all current offerings and specials
- Properly carry and handle service trays in a safe and professional manner
- Learn the department's steps of service throughout the meal period
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of side stations and equipment
- Fulfill all assigned side work during and prior to the end of your shift
- Assists with dish washing and distribution of clean dishes if needed
- Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
