Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our team, performing daily and weekly maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance, janitorial, or groundskeeping roles
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of maintenance tools and equipment
Benefits
- Paid weekly, $16 per hour for no more than 24 hours a week
