Float X-Ray Technologist

As a Float X-Ray Technologist at VillageMD, you will perform radiographic examinations, follow physicians' orders precisely, and ensure patient safety and dignity. You will work independently, demonstrate flexibility, and commit to total quality management and service excellence. Must be able to maintain continuing education credits and professional licenses required by the New York State Department of Health and The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Requirements

• New York State Radiology License and ARRT Certification
• Maintaining superior diagnostic imaging in accordance with standardized procedures.
• Excellent patient and people skills.
• Ability to maintain a great knowledge in human anatomy and cross section anatomy, proper positioning skills, and appropriate utilization of protocols and scanning techniques.
• High knowledge with variety of routine procedures and applications.
• Ability to maintain continuing education credits and professional licenses required by the New York State Department of Health, Bureau of Environmental Protection and The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
