Manager, Provider Recruitment

We’re a physician-led, patient-centric network committed to simplifying health care and bringing a more connected kind of care. The Manager, Provider Recruitment will be accountable for the successful recruitment of Providers focused on Physician and APP recruitment.

Requirements

• Create robust search strategies that will attract our ideal candidate profiles for high volume Physician and APP searches
• Drive industry leading performance in Physician and APP recruiting by leading relationship development and recruitment strategies that will contribute to the long-range hiring needs of Starling
• Work against tight deadlines to ensure successful hiring of clinical talent, always with a focus on innovation and increasing efficiency
• Build and maintain an active network with residency programs, physician associations and physician leads across markets through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Excellent knowledge and proven execution for innovative position promotion and sourcing for quality candidates
• Ability to implement and influence changes as needed, relating to recruitment strategies, process or workflows to increase the ability to attract physician talent
