Medical Scribe

We're a physician-led, patient-centric network committed to simplifying health care and bringing a more connected kind of care. The Medical Scribe will capture accurate and detailed documentation of patient visits, assist physicians with basic patient care and medical procedures, and ensure site lab compliance with Department of Health Regulations.

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED, Undergraduate degree a plus
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program and/or phlebotomy certifications a plus, but not required
• Friendly and professional with excellent bedside manner
• Flexible with full-time work schedule including a weekend day
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• English language (speaking and writing) skills required
• High attention to detail
• Passion for outstanding results and compassion for those we work with and serve
• Team player
• Knowledge of third-party payor requirements preferred
• Strong aptitude for detail, and ability to work independently, required
• Strong organizational, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills required
• Happy and positive thinking, able to project this attitude around others
• Flexible & adaptable nature to work in a continuously evolving environment
• Passion for helping others in an urgent care environment
• Bilingual language skills required or preferred based on-site location
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire
