Job Description
The Office Supervisor is responsible for managing, overseeing, and ensuring the successful administrative, financial, and operational aspects of an urgent care location. This includes managing team members, supporting a patient-centric urgent care experience, and performing site management tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business or other applicable degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of supervising or managing experience
- Ability to successfully multitask
- Good computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Bilingual language skills required or preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
