Patient Service Representative - FLOAT - Primary Care

The Patient Service Representative will float to Primary Care locations and perform various duties including greeting visitors, processing insurance verifications, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical tasks.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED required
• Previous PSR experience preferred
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have the ability to organize and perform multiple tasks in a timely manner
