Villani Landshapers is seeking a passionate and experienced Landscape Construction Supervisor to build outdoor spaces. The role involves leading a team, installing landscape features, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency, and collaborating with clients and project managers. Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in landscape construction
- Proven ability to lead and train others
- Familiarity with construction equipment, heavy machinery, and floor plans
- Good physical condition and ability to work up to 12 hours in different weather conditions
- Current valid driver’s license and insurable driving history
- Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
