Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably within SaaS or healthcare technology
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver against revenue targets
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach to account growth
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organization
- Metrics-driven mindset with a commitment to data-informed decision-making
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and execute in a fast-moving environment
