Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support or solutions role at a SaaS company
- AI fluency, experience with LLMs, copilots, or AI-powered tools
- Experience with support automation, Zapier, Make, or similar
- Comfortable with technical environments, web application troubleshooting, API behavior, authentication flows, browser-based debugging
- Experience in healthcare tech, EHRs, clinical workflows, or payer-provider data flows
- Experience with monitoring and analytics tools, Datadog, Mixpanel, New Relic, or similar
