Job Description
The Facility Services Shift Manager oversees the Conversion and Housekeeping departments, leading staff by example to achieve world-class standards and delivering one of the best facility experiences in the NHL and North America.
Requirements
- Directs conversion and housekeeping personnel and day-to-day activities to ensure seamless, efficient operations and adherence to operational standards on a designated shift.
- Leads pre-shift meetings to promote team engagement, motivation, safety awareness, training reinforcement, and communication of company and event-specific information.
- Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
