Requirements
- Work cross functionally with the Content and Creative team to develop community management strategies and creative ideation for Viral Nation’s top tier brands across all social media platforms
- Act as a strategic community manager and engage with followers on all social platforms, with a focus on YouTube, to enable growth and engagement in alignment with client KPIs
- Curate periodical reports for reporting manager demonstrating engagement and analytics
- Own the execution of daily posts, monitoring analytics, and maintaining accounts on key social media channels
- Develop and manage content calendars for dedicated accounts and provide recommendations to enhance content, copy and identify agile moments with a focus on YouTube long-form content, YouTube Shorts and YouTube Community Tab
- Present analytics feedback and insights gained from social media marketing to help evolve strategies in a timely fashion
- Work in collaboration with the Content, Creative and Accounts divisions to ensure processes and protocols are followed and enhanced
- Act as the YouTube social media expert at Viral Nation, keeping the team up-to-date with changes in the ecosystem, current best practices and trends
