Creator Relations Manager, Influencer

At Viral Nation, we are seeking an organized and motivated Creator Relations Manager to provide support to both the Marketing and Talent agency. This person will be responsible for driving the expansion of digital partnerships and promotional partnerships on behalf of our represented Talent and Brand Clients.

Requirements

• Source potential content creators through online channels
• Negotiate and prepare Talent representation proposals, agreements, and compensation structures
• Communicate the unique value proposition of our clients to agencies and creators
• Prospect, generate and manage new/existing strategic business opportunities
• Manage personal lead-generation pipeline
• Assess Talent by way of objective and subjective criteria
• Sell the services of the Viral Nation to influencers and agencies
• Provide general assistance to the team with ongoing projects
• Work closely with the Marketing and Talent divisions to establish gaps in our Talent inventory
• Manage, qualify, and route inbound Talent funnel
• Establish a living database and record of all Talent
• Support an environment of empowerment for team and colleagues
