Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Business Intelligence to lead enterprise-wide analytics strategy for a major consumer packaged goods organization. This role combines strategic vision, technical depth, cross-functional leadership, and team development.
Requirements
- Act as a senior analytics partner to client account, strategy, and service teams
- Serve as the senior analytics advisor to executive leadership
- Elevate analytics from reporting to strategic advantage
- Own end-to-end measurement strategy
- Forecast and quantify incremental revenue and retail lift
- Design and operationalize robust ROI frameworks
- Build scalable measurement systems
- Identify emerging consumer and digital engagement trends
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing analytics team
- Design and oversee scalable data collection and reporting infrastructure
