Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, integrated marketing, social, content, or influencer within an agency environment
• Experience leading strategic delivery for enterprise-level clients across multiple verticals
• Strong experience partnering with Business Intelligence teams to drive insights-led strategy and performance measurement
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire strategists in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills
• Demonstrated ability to turn data into strategic decisions, compelling narratives, and client-ready recommendations
• Operational expertise with experience managing complex workflows, resourcing, and multi-team collaboration
