Manager, Financial Reporting

Viral Nation is a social-first ecosystem that builds connections between brands and modern consumers. The company is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting and accounting. The role involves complex financial presentations, budget support, and collaboration with account teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of finance experience in a financial reporting/operation capacity
• Fully designated CPA
• Excellent knowledge of accounting (ASPE and IFRS)
• Understanding financial processes (order to cash, operating cycle, internal controls, month end and financial close etc.)
• Critical thinking and, in turn, confident decision-making with the ability to lead a team
• Exceptional work ethic, organization, and ability to manage numerous priorities
• Excellent communication (full proficiency in English) and interpersonal skills – ability and comfortable speaking and working with senior management
• In-depth knowledge of accounting software and systems
• Agency and/or SaaS and technology experience a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Business Dynamics, HubSpot and COSMOS reporting tool
