Cannabis Quality Supervisor

Vireo Health is seeking a Cannabis Quality Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control department within a cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility. The role ensures all cannabis products meet regulatory, safety, and company quality standards before being released for sale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Quality Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, food production, pharmaceuticals, or cannabis operations
• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GMP, sanitation standards, and quality management systems
• Experience with state cannabis regulatory compliance and track-and-trace systems
• Strong documentation, organizational, and audit preparation skills
