Job Description
The Business Banking & Consumer Services Specialist (CBSS) is responsible for offering and selling financial products and services to consumers and small businesses, performing thorough needs assessments, and building strong relationships with members. The primary focus is on small business lending, consumer lending, real estate lending, and growing a book of business.
Requirements
- Provides superior member service by accurately and efficiently performing all member service related transactions
- Assesses consumer and business member needs, provides solid advice/recommendations, and builds strong relationships
- Makes outbound calls and in-person visits to small business prospects and existing small business members
- Has a strong understanding of all mortgage and equity products
- Demonstrates initiative, commitment to continuous learning, and ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements
