The Virginia Talent Accelerator’s Director, Technical Training Services role offers an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world’s most prestigious companies on multiple projects as they deploy leading edge technologies at their new or expanding Virginia locations.
Requirements
- Provides leadership to a team of talented learning and development professionals who develop and facilitate high-quality customized training.
- Fosters an environment that provides direct reports the autonomy to try new and creative tactics while resisting a “one-size fits all” approach to client needs.
- Collaborates with the leadership team, supports the development and refinement of internal workflows, client deliverables, and innovative solutions.
