The Applications Administrator is responsible for installing, administering, and maintaining enterprise software systems, with a primary focus on our senior living community software.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administering enterprise applications
- Experience working with system users to implement efficient workflows
- Experience developing training materials and providing system training for end users and departmental super-users
- Experience developing and documenting downtime and DR/BCP processes for large systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate well in oral or written form and to convey technical information to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding
- Demonstrated ability to plan and lead technical projects to achieve departmental goals
- Ability to support critical systems as needed after hours and participate in on-call rotation
