Lifeguard

We're looking for a lifeguard to ensure the safety and supervision of members and guests in VMRC's Wellness Center aquatics area. Salary is based on previous qualifications and experience. Benefits include immediate consideration for applicants in need of summer hours, with the potential to continue through the school year.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience as a pool lifeguard in a hospital, recreational or commercial fitness facility
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard AED/CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented approach
• Ability to work closely with the senior population in a calm, cooperative, respectful, and professional manner
