Head of Accounting

Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Accounting to develop the accounting organization of our international group of companies. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, developing financial processes, and leading a team.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and will work with tax consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders to develop financial processes.

Requirements

• several years of experience in accounting
• leadership responsibility
• UGB knowledge
• IFRS knowledge
• ERP system knowledge (MS Dynamics or DATEV)
• analytical thinking
• pragmatic action
• proficiency in German and English (writing and speaking)
• familiarity with Italian, Czech, Slovak, or Polish (optional)
