Engineering and Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to join our team at our new Thameside facility at Tilbury Docks, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary will be competitive with an annual bonus scheme and great benefits. The role involves maintenance and upkeep of our Energy Recovery Facility, ensuring production, minimizing downtime, and adhering to compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in practical implementation of a corporate management system
• Extensive engineering experience of the process industry or power industry
• Experience working with Maintenance Management systems
• Strong leadership skills to lead and develop a team
• Commercial awareness and budgetary responsibility for maintenance and defect support
• Experience of contractor management to deliver against KPI's
• Full UK driving licence
