Project Manager

Requirements

• Manage, oversee and coordinate all field activities for various types of projects
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records
• Proactively identify and communicate potential project risks and collaborate to develop/implement strategies to minimize impact
• Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, services, and controls necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of project within budget
• Ensure project milestones are achieved; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Perform field managerial duties including but not limited to observing, assessing, and reporting on progress and performance of assigned project personnel and subcontractors
