Senior Software Engineer, Activation

Virta Health is on a mission to reverse metabolic disease in one billion people. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Activation team, you'll own some of the most critical and complex problems in Virta's growth funnel, guiding members from initial signup to their first meaningful health outcomes.

Requirements

• Own and deliver complex, ambiguous projects across the enrollment and early member journey
• Design and evolve scalable backend systems that power enrollment workflows
• Partner closely with product, design, data, and operations to identify high-impact opportunities
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
• Lead technical decision-making for your team
• Identify and address cross-team dependencies, technical risks, and scaling challenges
• Contribute to and elevate engineering standards
• Mentor engineers and act as a technical leader within the team
