Delivery Engineering Lead

Lead a team of software engineers to develop reusable deployment accelerators and automation tools to enable fast and high-quality customer solution implementation. Build custom integrations and solutions for customers with specialized technical requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of engineering leadership roles
• Proven expertise in building deployment automation, developer tooling, or infrastructure-as-code solutions
• Strong programming skills in languages like Go, Python, Java, or similar
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and building scalable systems
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
• Track record of balancing technical quality with pragmatic delivery
