Office Assistant - Practice

Performs medical office duties, including verifying insurance, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, and entering billing information. Collects co-pays and performs pre-certifications and filing. May train and direct office assistants and acts as office resource and mentoring role model.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and computer literacy
• 0-2 years Medical Office experience
• HS diploma or equivalent
