Job Description
Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care through outcome identification and evidence-based practice. Coordinates patient care and communicates extensively with the healthcare team, patients, and/or patients' family or significant other(s). Maintains high standards of professional ethics.
Requirements
- Valid NJ RN License
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, procedures, and standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coordinate efforts of a team of care providers
