Stationary Engineer, Per Diem, 16-24 hrs/month, All Shifts

Requirements

• Maintain a safe and efficient operation of all steam and other related equipment in the boiler room and the facility.
• Daily operation, repair and maintenance of steam generating systems and related equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance duties and documentation as assigned.
• General maintenance repairs and monitor critical and life safety systems.
• Chemical testing and water treatments as required.
• Maintaining log books as required by the State.
• Effective communication to appropriate personnel.
