Job Description
The Entry Level Courier will transport devices, documents, and equipment between clients and Virtucom facilities, ensuring timely, secure, and professional handling of technology critical to K-12 education. No prior courier experience is required. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
Requirements
- Pick up warrantied devices from clients and return them to Virtucom
- Verify and document device contents
- Safely load, unload, sort, and organize deliveries
- Operate company-supplied cargo vans responsibly
- Use navigation systems to plan and execute efficient delivery routes
- Maintain accurate records of all pickups and deliveries
- Communicate promptly with dispatchers, fleet managers, and teammates
- Report any issues, delays, or mechanical concerns immediately
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, data security, and confidentiality
- Deliver professional, courteous service when interacting with clients and school staff
- Assist other units within the department on days where there are no courier services
