Job Description
Virtucom is hiring entry-level field tech for the Henry, GA region. Field techs will provide hardware and software support to school personnel, resolve device issues, and participate in on-site projects. The company is rapidly growing and provides opportunities for career development.
Requirements
- Provide Level I technical support for workstations, laptops, netbooks, tablets, and personal/network printers/copiers.
- Support in warranty devices.
- Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel.
- Pursue IT manufacturer repair certifications (Lenovo, HP, etc.).
- Perform warehouse duties such as deliveries, device repair, or device distribution (if requested).
